Mombacho Volcano Natural Reserve
Mombacho Volcano Natural Reserve of Nicaragua, is located south of the city of Granada and the Islets of Granada. Mombacho Volcano – Nicaragua
This volcano is located in the Mombacho Volcano Natural Park and has a height gives 1400 meters above sea level (the fifth Nicaraguan volcano chain).
Extinct long ago, it is completely covered with vegetation that forms a particolar ecosystem where 50 species of mammals, 174 species of birds, 30 species of reptiles and amphibians and 750 different species of flora live.
You can reach the summit on foot or using vehicles suitable for climbing hills.
